Hot Tightening Guide
To ensure proper hotend function and prevent nozzle leakage during printing, always perform hot tightening when installing or replacing nozzles. Nozzles tightened cold may develop gaps due to metal expansion when heated, causing material leakage.
Follow these steps strictly
1.Heat the nozzle
Heat nozzle to 250°C
2.Secure heater block
Use an open-end wrench to firmly secure the heater block and prevent rotation
3.Tighten nozzle
While securing heater block, use a socket wrench to tighten nozzle clockwise
