2.Surface Treatment:Nickel Plated
It also has very low frictional resistance, which can make the melt plastic flow more smoothly, reduce feeding resistance and improve printing quality.
3.Insert:Polycrystalline Diamond PCD.
Polycrystalline Diamond PCD material has extremely high hardness (twice that of ruby) and wear resistance and is generally used to make precision CNC cutting tools.
It can easily handle a variety of carbon fiber glass fiber ceramic fiber or metal powder filled polymers. PCD material also has extremely high thermal conductivity (30% higher than pure copper) and extremely low coefficient of friction,
making it an ideal material for extruding hot melt plastics.
