    • The bimetal nozzle combines the high thermal conductivity of copper and the high wear resistance of hardened steel. It solves the problems of easy wear of ordinary brass nozzles and poor thermal conductivity of steel nozzles. It is specially optimized for long-term printing of abrasive filled filaments, with stable extrusion, less heat creep and low clogging rate.

    • The nozzle can withstand temperatures up to 370 ℃. A ceramic heatbreak paired with a new cooling module reduces clogging, while a bimetallic hardened steel nozzle enhances durability.
