Upgrade content:
1 Replaced by TC4 material into GRADE5
2 Replacement with advanced machines for processing
3 modified heat treatment method
Performance after the upgrade:
1 The appearance is more shiny
2 thread precision improvement
2 The inner wall of the tube is smoother (reducing the chance of filament clogging)
3 The interface is smoother and more precise (can effectively prevent the filament from leaking)

NOTE:

We found that many customers do not know how to properly install the nozzle.
Remember the core issues in the installation process.
Just make sure your nozzle and HEAT BREAK front end are tight and sealed. Otherwise, the melted consumables will leak along the screw holes.

Creality CR-10/EDNER-3 universal print head
nozzle temperature 220℃
ambient temperature 18℃
temperature probe inside of the PTFE tube and 1mm above the center of set screw hole of the heat sink .
cooling fan Noctua NF-A4x10 5V
 
Set the nozzle at 220℃ wait untill it stabled.
Wait for all temperature readings to stabilize. Read the temperature of prob which inside the heat break.
Thermal paste was applied in between the heatbreak and heatsink model: shin-etsu 7868 6.2W/m °K
both setup are share the same heatsink heater block thermistor nozzle and cooling fan
only the heate break is diffent

Result: lower is better

ENDER-3/CR-10 stock stainless steel heat break 41.1℃

ENDER-3/CR-10 titanium heat break 4.1 inner bore 39.5℃
