This product is a high-quality light weight compact ceramic ​heating core hotend specially customized for Prusa MK4&XL ​and it can be a drop-in replacement.


1.Lightweight :4 grams lighter than stock aluminum heater block, 16.6 grams lighter than copper alloy one.

2.Compact form factor :Reducing potential damage from failed parts collisions.

3.Fast heating response.

Time required to heat up to 250 degrees Celsius:

CHC for MK4 55Seconds

Stock aluminum heating block 86 Seconds

Copper alloy heating block        112Seconds

4.No other modifications required. (One PID tuning proess may be required)
